Unlock your SEAT radio in 2 easy steps. We can unlock car radios for most SEAT models in less than 10 minutes. You don’t need to come to the store. Simply follow the steps below to unlock your radio.
How to Find your SEAT radio Serial Number
SEAT serial numbers are a combination of 14 digits and letters, for example SEZAZ1N6145917. Please see the picture for reference.
All SEAT serial numbers start with SEZ followed by unique numbers. Make sure that all details are correct.
Make sure you can tell the difference between a capitalized ‘I‘ and a ‘1‘ as this may result in you receiving an incorrect code.

How to Remove Your SEAT Radio
If the SEZ serial number doesn’t appear on the screen when you power on your radio, you’ll need to remove the unit. Don’t worry, taking out a SEAT radio is pretty straightforward. You’ll need a flat-head screwdriver and a prying tool to remove the panels around the radio. Check out this video for a step-by-step guide.
For certain radio models, you’ll need release keys to detach the radio from the head unit. Just insert the keys and apply a bit of pressure—this should pop the unit loose for easy removal.
How To Enter Your SEAT Radio Code
Depending on your SEAT radio model, the process for entering the code may vary.
Method 1
- Turn on the car and the radio.
- Press and hold the “Scan” and “Mode” buttons for 5-10 seconds.
- The radio will display “1000.”

- Press button “5” or the Enter button to submit the code and unlock the radio.
